Golf Courses - There are 18 golf courses in the central Nova Scotian region. Jubilee Cottage is close to two renowned golf courses - Northumberland Links Golf in Pugwash and Fox Harbour in Wallace.

This region has over 1320 kms of groomed snowmobile trails. Ski Wentworth is less than 15 minutes away and it has the largest ski hill in the province, where one can not only ski, but also snowboard on a huge snowboarding half pipe, or go snowtubing.
